HolgaClicks app for iPhone and iPad

Note: This is an app for Holga/Diana camera users. It does not take pictures, it simply helps you use 35mm film in your Holga/Diana camera.

Shooting 35mm film in a medium format Holga camera presents certain challenges. The most notable of these challenges is knowing how far the film should be advanced between frames. Too little means your images will overlap–too much will result in wasted film.

The second challenge is remembering which frame you are currently on, so you know how much to advance the film.

HolgaClicks addresses both of these issues by keeping track of your current frame, and specifying how far you must advance the film between frames. Advancements can be displayed in either clicks, fractional turns or decimal turns. HolgaClicks will remember which frame you are on, so you can come back weeks later and pick up right where you left off. If you advance too far by mistake, you can quickly and easily go back to correct frame. HolgaClicks does not require a data connection, so even works in Airplane mode.
